List of Reviews.

Thank you so much for the comments on my review of KiyaRaven's The Screamers! I'm so glad it went down well =)
Following is a list of stories I hope to review in the next little while. Again, feel free to e-mail me with details of your twific if you'd like me to review, I'd be more than happy to =)

So that's a rough list right now, it may be subject to change as the majority of the list are fic's that I've chosen to review myself, hopefully with the go-ahead from the authors, however, The Pin-Up Girl and Lost & Found were offered up for review by the authors themselves so they will take center stage. The same goes, if someone e-mails me asking me to review their fic it will be pushed to the front of the list.

Review : The Screamers - KiyaRaven
FicName: The Screamers.

Status: Nearing completion.
Category: Humour/Romance (AH,AU)
Lead Characters: Edward and Bella, with the usual suspects for support. And an entertaining cameo from a rather charming, brooding Brit!
Summary: Living on the streets is hard for Bella Swan, but not as hard as putting up with Edward Cullen when he drags her into his lifestyle of sex, drugs and Rock and Roll. Will they be able to help each other before they kill each other? Cursing/dark themes

The Screamers is a 37 chapter and 334,318 word epic tale of a very different Edward and Bella. Set in the modern day we find Edward Cullen, a troubled rock star, who stumbles across a rather unfortunate, homeless, Bella Swan.
Both characters have there own, very dark backgrounds that have left them damaged, seemingly beyond repair (drugs, violence, prostitution). But as the two grow closer and strengthen their bonds to one another, it seems as if we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Together they battle their inner problems and help one another … even though it’s sometimes like pulling teeth!
The Screamers may have it’s very dark moments, but coupled with some rather amusing nicknames (Asstard for one … Pissgirl for another) and light gentle banter, you get the sense that you’re getting a bit of everything! It’s angsty enough but not overly so and then you end up laughing uncontrollably at one of Bella’s quick quipped remarks.
I have to say that The Screamers Alice is an amazing invention. She’s like a powerhouse encased in a devious pixie’s body. Her death glare is one that you want to avoid at all costs, but as usual Alice is unswervingly loyal to her brother Edward, and Bella, who she becomes very fond of.
The Screamers has its fair share of bad guys! Ranging from the monster that is James to Bree, the annoying, scheming fan-girl. Even though I personally hate her, and I’m sure that everyone else will hate her, Bree did set the stage for some of The Screamers funniest moments. Between using that fan-girl vocabulary which is ‘like, totes annoying … like, for real!’ and trying to steal Edward away from Bella in some rather sordid ways, Kiya has created a character that you wouldn’t usually expect to find in the world of twific. There are characters in other twifics that are akin to Bree, they scheme, they’re bitches, they try to destroy the relationship that Edward and Bella have, but to me Bree is one of a kind and is a much more, well rounded, devious character than a lot of the other bad guys/gals that the world of twific has to offer. Luckily, after being severely infuriated by everything Bree does throughout the story, we finally see her get her comeuppance … and believe me, it’s worth the wait!
It seems that when it comes to The Screamers, Kiya can do no wrong! She’s provided us with a strong minded, funny and beautiful Bella, and gave us the perfect, tortured and ‘fuck hawt’ Edward that everyone wants to sink their claws in to.
I have no doubt in my mind that if Rob were to read The Screamers, he would laugh, blush at his own antics and give Kiya many mental boob gropes for getting his fictional self laid!
All in all The Screamers is a well rounded fic with a bit of something for everybody.
The Screamers is ,sadly, coming to an end very soon! But have no fear as Kiya is working on some new, very promising fics! ‘Grasping Darkness’ a tale of a very dark, almost vindictive, vampire Edward who visits Bella in her dreams. However, what happens when Bella’s dreams become a reality? ‘The Diva Diaries’ on the other hand looks set to become very entertaining in a more light-hearted way. It’s an all-human fic where Edward and Bella will be performing in a Broadway show together, however they have their own history together to contend with which may make for some amusing scenarios. Grasping Darkness is already 7 chapters in so is on it’s way to being a well known fic already. Diva Diaries is due to be written during the summer so keep an eye out for that one.

Well this is my new blog where I will be posting my own Anonymous Reviews for Twilight Related Fan Fictions! There are a couple of things you should know about this endeavour of mine! Please read.
- No reviews will be bad! I will focus on the good part's of the fictions I review! I'm here to help promote authors! Not disparage them!
- My identity will remain a secret! Not for any real reason, I just think it's a bit more fun like that ... you know ... the mystery!
- If you would like me to review your fic please send me a link to the story, your penname and the story name as well as the rating to me at : theanonymoustwificreviewer@hotmail.com I'll be more than happy to read what you've written!
- At the moment there will be no ironclad schedule as I have to work (unfortunatly), however posts should be more frequent during the summer holidays.
